I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Designs North Florist & Interiors. What should have been a special delivery for my wife turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience due to poor customer service and a complete lack of quality assurance. When I contacted the florist to inquire about the status of the delivery, no one could provide even a reasonable estimated delivery time. As a customer spending money to surprise a loved one, I expected some level of communication and accountability. Instead, I was met with vague answers and a nonchalant attitude that made it seem as though my concerns were unimportant. The most frustrating part is that, because of their inability to provide accurate delivery information or accommodate customer concerns, my wife will not receive her flowers while she is home. This completely defeats the purpose of the gift and the experience I was trying to create for her. What stood out even more was the rude and dismissive tone I encountered during the phone call. Designs North Florist & Interiors, 1800 flowers count your days. THIS is absolutely horrid. Nothing like the picture showed I don't have a base, no cellophane wrapped around it with a purple happy birthday ribbon. Balloons fell off the stick. Candles cheap and smashed in there. 1-800 Flowers is a sketchy, NOT BUSINESS LIKE website. 1-800 Flowers customer service lady named Carylle wanted to negotiate with me and give me store credit if I will pay shipping and give a $10 tip. .after being on hold three or four times for 3 or 4 minutes apiece (she was overseas so the phone was lagging) she says I will get my refund of $75 within 24 hours and that I would get an email I said I want my email before I get off the phone with you she said I assure you , you will get an email and refund in 24 hours. And she hung up!! Now I am about to attempt to call this florist again and maybe they will answer. And if they don't want to give me a refund I'm going to take this to small claims court which is totally unacceptable and totally disgusting you two businesses ripped me off. And I am the wrong one to rip off. I will fight to the end until I get my money back and I will hand deliver this sack of c

This was once the very best florist in town. But my husband sent me roses recently that never opened, buds just wilted and died in 5 or so days. Very disappointing. Gave them a 3 just because I remember lovely arrangements from years past.

My son sent me flowers for my 60th Birthday from NY. The order was not processed completely; they did not include the candle ordered. She said they don’t sell candles so why take the order? Poor customer service. She yelled they’re not dead and she hung up on me. She was yelling at me telling me that the flowers were not dead and I’m looking at them and they’re withered. I sent her (Becky) close-up pics of the withered roses and the brown greenery, and she said send a picture of the whole bouquet far away. Far away the bouquet looks lovely but close-up they’re withered. No vitamins were included like most florists generally include them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST!

I loved working with Designs North for my wedding! I met with Lisa to discuss our vision for the day and she was so attentive to our wishes and budget. She showed me so many flowers and let me play with different arrangements until it was just right. Everyone from Designs North was so easy to work with, responsive to e-mails and willing to come see our venue to map things out and work with our other vendors to make sure everything worked well together. On the day of the wedding, everything was delivered on time and turned out so beautiful. I couldn't have been happier and I would recommend Designs North to anyone needing beautiful floral arrangements and decor.
